  1. Synopsis:
  2.    set highlight_char [bold|inverse|underline|<string>]
  3.  
  4. Description:
  5.    This setting determines how "highlighted" messages are to be displayed.
  6.    Messages from a user are tagged to be highlighted when the IGNORE
  7.    command is used, and the user's nick!user@host pattern is prepended
  8.    with a '+'.
  9.  
  10.    The highlight character may be any of "bold", "inverse", or "underline",
  11.    or any arbitrary string.  Typically the string will contain some ANSI
  12.    escape sequence that will do its own highlighting of the text.
